Deleware River Watch
Good Morning: The rivers at US Northeast 42 / 75 – or thereabouts!
Weather is deteriorating. Conditions looking grim for the opener tomorrow.
Beaverkill looks to be at a favorable level. Don’t know about temperature.
Y’all might want to go upstream a bit.
Snow forecast not unusual for the date. I recall the day I retired, 3/31/97,
we had 14 inches of snow in Hancock.
River Master’s Report is not yet updated. I will check tomorrow morning
The three Delaware reservoirs are not spilling.
Lordville temperature gage reading is questionable at 55F and Fishs Eddy is
questionable at 50. I have requested the USGS to check the calibration of these two
temperature gages.
