March 15^th & 16th, 2013: Executive Board Meeting Owego Treadway Inn, Owego, NY. 8:30 PM

General Meeting Saturday the 16^th, Owego Treadway Inn, Owego, NY

8:30 AM.

June 7th & 8th, 2013: Spring Meeting Rockland House- Roscoe, NY.  (Both Meetings at Restaurant)

June 7^th  – Executive Meeting, 8:30 PM

June 8^th  – General Meeting at, 9 AM to 3:00 PM

 

June 29 & 30, 2013: Free fishing weekend. No license required. Great time to take a kid, friend or Dad.

 

July 19^thto 21st, 2013: Northeast Trout Unlimited Conference, Wyndam, NY

 

July 22nd, 2013:Council Awards submissions due to Award Chairman. Awards to be presented at

September meeting.

September 6^th & 7^th, 2013: Annual Meeting and Regional Vice President’s Elections,

(American Legion)  Cold Brook, NY

September 6^h- Executive Meeting  8:30 PM

September 7^th- General Meeting 8:30AM

September 27^th to 29th^h,2013 National TU Convention Madison, WI, 

            Meetings, seminars, fishing trips, planned activities for all.

 

November 8^th & 9^th, 2013: Fall Meeting held at the Altmar Fish Hatchery, Altmar, NY

November 8th- Executive Committee Meeting, Friday 8:30 PM

November 9th- Full Council Meeting, Saturday 8:45 AM

 

November 15^th, 2013: Chapter Financial Reports are due to National online.

Again, they are to be electronically sent. If not able, Council can assist as well as

national staff. Also complete 990s to IRS and national when appropriate.

November 20th, 2013: Embrace A Stream proposals due to EAS
