Delaware Committee Report 11/21/2010 8:30
Good Morning:  The rivers at US Northeast 42 / 75  - or thereabouts!

And it's a full moon.

River Master's 2nd week in November report  for reservoir  levels is historical (not current) 11/14
FFMP Fall  + supplement releases for Oct. - Nov. seem to be in effect.

At this time: Stilesville (Cannonsville) release - Telephone line has been disconnected as of 11/2.
Now  showing 250 at Stilesville (High temp yesterday of 48) this morning on the USGS charts.
Note that for several months there has been a disparity of about 50 CFS between the USGS
gage at Stilesville and the telephone report which was disconnected due to termination of the
lease at the end of October (renewable in April 2011 if Al Hazard TU Chapter signs on again)
Since USGS is responsible for both reports, I have asked USGS to reconcile this 20% disparity.
             Pepacton at Downsville - 78  (L1-c = 85 )
                Neversink at Neversink - 59 (L1-c = 60)
With the combined contents over 80% - all reservoir releases should be L1-c
          which are C'ville =110; Pep. =85; Nev. =60.   P and N are close,
but C'ville is nearing 250 (L1-b) according to the Stilesville gage
Salmon River at Pineville today - 530 CFS.

Currently:
Hale Eddy (West Br. below C'ville) 525 cubic feet per second at 5:30 AM;
                                 Hi temp. 45 degs F. on 11/20
Harvard (East branch below Pepacton) -  322 - Temp. 44F
Neversink at Bridgeville - 207 -  Temp. 43F
Cooks Falls (Beaverkill) - 648 -   No temp. gage
Fishs Eddy: 1300  - Temp. 43
Hancock: on West Br. - 44 degrees high
Lordville - 2390 -  Temp. 42
Callicoon: - 2680 - Temp. 42

Combined contents of the three Delaware reservoirs at start of 11/8 was 81.5% (L-1c)
L2  is approx. 40% to approx. 75% range of combined reservoir capacity at this time.
